JUMP & AGILITY TRAINING (COD/S)
September 2 @ 5:00 pm - October 12 @ 6:00 pm
$360Ideal for basketball, soccer, tennis and football athletes. During these 6 weeks we will identify the type of jumper you are, either a muscular jumper, elastic jumper or a hybrid of the two. We will begin with the fundamentals of Jump Training and Change of Direction, then progress to advanced drills. If you are looking to gain an inch, or two, or three on your vertical jump and improve your footwork look no further. See you in class!
